June 6, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #52 Title APPROVAL OF THE RENEWAL OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION SPECIFIC EXCESS INSURANCE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019 Description Arch Insurance Company proposed a two (2) year rate guarantee at 0.06160 per $100 of ratable payroll. This is a rate decrease of $6.81% or 0.0045 per $100 of ratable payroll over the expiring program. Recommendation That the Board approve the workers' compensation specific excess renewal with Arch Insurance Company effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019.
